Size Adhesive for Metal Leaf - 120ml

This adhesive for gold/metal leaf comes in a glass jar with a screw Lid.

How to use: Apply a thin layer of adhesive to the area required for metal leaf coverage - absorbent surfaces should be sealed (shellac is ideal) and free from dust. Once the size has become tacky (at least 15 minutes depending on prevailing conditions- it will remain in this state for some time before going off) it is ready for gold/metal leaf application. Once applied leave the leaf for at least 24 hours to allow it to 'cure'. A coat of shellac after curing is recommended to protect the leaf and avoid tarnishing.
