Refund policy
We hope you are pleased with your purchases from The Art Trading Company – we work hard to ensure this is the case!
If the item arrives faulty or damaged or is the wrong product please notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will organise a replacement or give a refund, including cost of delivery and arrange with you for the return of the faulty/damaged item(s).
Please allow 7 days from the date returned goods are received for a refund to be processed.
We respectfully ask that you take reasonable care of the product(s) to be returned and do not use them.
Returns Policy
If you change your mind about an item we will issue a full refund, including the cost of delivery, once the goods have been returned. You will need to email us within 14 days from the day following delivery of your goods at thearttradingco@btinternet.com or telephone 01986 897939. You will be given a Returns Number, which you should mark clearly on the package. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, however, you will need to pay for the cost of returning cancelled goods. Remember, when returning items by Royal Mail, you should obtain a free Certificate of Posting from a Post Office as proof of sending. You can also use ‘Signed For’ delivery, which offers insurance cover. You have a further 14 days in order to return the item to us.
You can also return your products to our shop at 55 Earsham Street, Bungay, Suffolk NR35 1AF. Please ensure you bring with you the original delivery note, which you will find inside the package with your products. For security purposes, we will also ask for some form of identification.
