Seawhite Cupcycling Drawing pad

Did you know that 2.5 billion take-away cups are thrown away every year in the UK. Wouldn't it be great if we could turn them into paper for Artists instead?

Well Seawhite have come up with a solution. Working with Cumbria recycling company James Cropper they have turned take-away cups into recycled cartridge paper.

CupCycling Cartridge paper is natural white in colour and has outstanding tensile (resists breaking under pressure) and tear strength and the surface is furnished to withstand an eraser. It is acid-free and has the body and tooth to work well with a wide range of materials such as pencil, pen, charcoal and pastel. Whilst it is only 140gsm it outperforms much heavier paper. Each pad is glued at one end and contains 50 leaves.
