Pebeo Cerne Relief Outliner - 20ml tubes

Pébéo Cerne Relief Outliner can be used straight from the tube for contouring, decorating, writing and drawing.  They are suitable for use on wood, glass, polyester, plastic, metal, plexiglass etc. for creating spectacular relief effects.

How to use:  Before use, the seal at the opening of the tube must be broken. Remove the cap and nozzle from the tube and use the black cap to pierce a hole through the seal, then replace the nozzle onto the tube.  The cap must be secured back onto the tube after each use to avoid the paint drying in the nozzle.
