Derwent Water Soluble Sketching Pencils are ideal for creating expressive tonal drawings, as well as line and wash sketches. They are also perfect for watercolour sketching as the pencil lines can be blended in with your painting, preventing harsh lines.

There are 3 wash strengths: HB for light wash, 4B for medium wash and 8B for dark wash.
